When we first reintroduced Yick Lung Nibb-its to Hawaii stores, our original formula was made with wheat. It gave the twist a softer bite, and we assumed the new generation preferred a lighter, more subtle flavor.
We were wrong — and our customers weren’t shy about letting us know. People wanted:

- a stronger flavor,
- and something that felt lighter and easier to enjoy.
So we went back to the drawing board.
